Outreach

• Bonnie’s Place staff conduct phone check-ins with families when they transition to their apartments for 18 months. They identify any family needs and offer support and resources.
• Bonnie’s Place staff will continue case management with any willing family after they leave the shelter to provide general support and budgeting/savings.
