Admission Criteria
- Family must be homeless.
- Must have a child under the age of 18 or have proof of pregnancy.
- Must be committed to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle.
- Must be willing to actively work towards self-sufficiency.
What to Bring to Intake
Bring as many of the forms of identification listed below that you have in your possession:
- Driver’s license
- Birth certificates (all family members)
- Social security cards
- Health insurance cards
- Green card
- If you own a car – copy of registration / proof of insurance / valid inspection sticker.
- Prescriptions for any medications.
